Rental Terms:
We are looking for non-smoking rental clients with proof of a stable work history and ability to afford the lease payments.
Maximum occupancy is four people. Dogs are not permitted, but one neutered indoor cat is permitted.

Upon approval of your application, a standard rental lease agreement will be signed by both parties.

Cost:
Month to month agreement - $700/month
6 month lease - $675/month
12 month lease - $650/month
All utilities are the responsibility of the lessee.

There will be a $500 deposit payable with the first month's rent. Please call for further details.
